How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate approximately 60 guests. Pricing for private events is set for up to 48 guests, extra fee applies for more than 48 guests. Space accommodates up to 60 guest.

How long do we get for set-up and breakdown?
Set-up and breakdown are included within the 4.5 hours.

How much parking is available at the venue, and will guests need to pay for parking?
We have a private parking lot located directly in front of the venue that can fit approximately 10-15 cars. There is also free street parking available. On the day of your event there will be event parking signs as well as a staff member directing guests where to park. Carpooling is strongly encouraged to save space.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes. Our venue is all one level and has no stairs making it accessible for everyone.

Do you have decorations to rent?
Basic decorations are free to use. We do have some larger items for an additional expense (examples include our Boho stationary egg chair $50, BABY letters $25, round balloon arch $10, etc.).
Will you provide tables, linens, plates, glassware, and utensils, or will we need to bring in our own?
We have 5ft round tables and rectangle tables (6ft and 8ft) available. We provide all the chairs and table linens (black and white). You will need to bring plates, glassware, and utensils. We have beverage dispensers, ice buckets, and various food displays for your use.
What’s your sound system like?
We have a Bluetooth sound system to play music. We also have TVs and projectors available for use. We have Wifi as well.

Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, our kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, and counter space for food preparation.

Do you provide in-house catering? Or, do you have a list of preferred caterers?
Greensburg Event Center LLC accommodates any outside food and drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) that you wish to bring to your event. If you would like any recommendations, we will provide you a list of our favorite vendors!

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

Is there a service charge for the staff?
No. One staff member is included with your rental; they will assist in set up and tear down.
